I do have the same situation. I believe it's the holding angle and the connection that matter. I can't prevent it. What I am doing is, I place a 紗巾 to cover the bottom of the pumping breast, which then can cover up the bra and the clothes under the breast. So, even it leaks, the 紗巾 can absorb the milk and won't stain the bra and clothes.

我用手泵又好, 電泵都好, 總有 d 奶由個喇叭底漏左出黎滴落 d 衫或者個 bra 度... 咁要邊泵邊抹, 有時顧唔到咁多... 係咪拎泵既角度有問題呢? 定個個個泵都有咁既情況出現?
