I suggest you uninstall Precision Time by following these steps (quoted from its web site):
1. From the Windows Start button select Settings and then Control Panel.
2. When the Control Panel window opens, double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. When the Add/Remove Programs Properties window opens, find Precision Time in the list of installed programs.
4. Click on it once and then click on the Add/Remove button.
5. Follow the on screen instructions, click 'Next' to proceed to next step the uninstaller.
6. To protect you from unintentional, unauthorized or automated uninstallation of your software, Precision Time's uninstaller includes a Word Verification feature. Here's how it works - just enter the word shown in the blue box into the empty text box above it, and click 'Next' to complete the uninstall.
