影newborn我會揀85/1.4.
最好換機先, 由d200上d300 or d3, D200 高iso用唔著, 都係要落閃, 無謂摞黎閃bb 喇.

I only have 1 nikon len and some other brand's lens. At this moment, I want to buy some new lens first for newborn. 85/1.4 is a good choice. I am thinking of the len can also be suitable for my film camera as well.

Anyway, D300 will not consider...the next upgrade camera will be full-firm lar.

full frame 機用唔到17-55/2.8. 果枝係dx 鏡. 落d3個象數會細左.
我覺得你換機有用過換鏡, D200 高iso唔用得, 影newborn又唔會落閃光燈, 比枝85/1.4你都唔易用, 可能用iso400都未到安全快門.

18-200 cannot be used on FF machine, including Film,

Someone said for 17-55, it could be used on FF machine, but the usable range is 26-55.

To prepare for FF, maybe try 30/2 and 24-70?

as KnN indicated, it is now around $16K, or you could consider the previous version 28-70.

If price (& weight) are not issue, maybe you should really look at D3.

No budget limitation means it is paid by myself. If I upgrade the camera and buy the lens together, it will be quite expensive lar....need to do it step-by-step.

Last time I bought D200 together with my hubby, he keeps on asking me why you bought such an expensive <toys>. Luckily, I replied him that it was still cheaper than your car.

Anyway, how much for the FF camera now? seldom go out for shopping recently.

I am using D300 and I am using 17-55 as my kit lens! Very good ga!!! But I think 50mm 1.4 is the best to shoot children/ BB!!!

These two lens are my favourite!!!
