I have tried several times, it give me a notice said that the user name, password may not be matched.
Do I need to enter my name in Simpified Chinese?
I have try to enter in traditional or English but it did not work.
Please help!
I don't have CMB account, but in technical point of view, you may:
(1) try clearing the cache (delete cookies and delete files)
(2) see if u have caps lock
(3) see if there is an individual website to pickup the cert
(4) check if you have actually picked up the cert but cert is not working properly. How to check: open Internet Explorer browser-> Tools-> Internet Options-> Content-> Certificates
last is to call their customer services hotline, hehe....sorry, not much help here.
