i'd taken my kid to the Gymboree playgroup trial class (not in Macau) when he was a little over 1. all the kids were like that. so i thought it just wasted money but a way for the playgroup owner to make money. ha ... ha ...
there're some swimming classes for 6 months old to under 3 (kids need to be accompanied by parent), but the objective of the class is to let them experience in the water instead of learning how to swim. not sure if there're those kinds of classes in Macau though.
for me, i think taking her to the park to meet and play with other kids is good enough.

sorry ... u might wanna ask other moms as we don't live in macau. sometimes i checked this forum as i grew up in macau.
u don't really need to take your little one to any swimming classes. when we were young, mom took us to the public swimming pool to play with the water. basically those kind of swimming classes just do the same thing.
