You can try Hong Thai Travel Agency. My friend got her ticket for less than HK$10,000 (including taxes & surcharge) but you have to be an Aeroplan member and you won't get miles for the flight.

I also want cheap tix for direct flight fm hk to toronto, any suggestion other than hong thai? we hv 2 adults and 1 bb.
