She had been here for 9 months, 3 months before, I found out that she always go out more than 4 hours per day when my son go to school. I give her warning letter for not get my permission to go out. Recently, she always phone me when I am in office and said she want to go out something...., I wonder if I don't let her to go, she will still go out, what can I do with her, I don't want to fire her at this moment. Anyone can help?? I found out that she go out to sell product to her friends nearby or far away. I see her bring product catalog at her bag when go out.
