paper trails=audit trails? 即要"有跡可尋", 有evidence/ supporting doc.

>> 首先你client有冇outsourcing先? 冇應該可就咁填N/A. 如有, 未照樣問client有咩pre-conditions, 點先會考慮outsource? "maintaining traceability and paper trails, records, invoicing, labelling, promotion, preclusion of subcontracting"要一句咁睇, 即如果client outsource左d fuctions喇, 咁會點keep evidence? 點monitor個function令到所有transaction有跡可尋? 你可以答client會request pick up左outsourced function ge 3rd party定期sd d文件比佢地review, or所有文件要有signatures同supporting doc, 或定期去field visit睇下佢點keep d records, 突擊檢查
