Must ask the maid to acknolwdge receipt that they have taken the labour Lolidays even on sundays in order to avoid labour disputes.
My maid worked 2 months only. I have told her many times even yesterday that they are not entilled to get leave during the first 3 month. But still today she asked me whether she could leave today.
我个印來了2個月.３月問我16/3 Sunday是否可以不放假,改為Easter24/3(Monday)放,因她的friend是生日.我agree.后來23/3(sunday)她說她friend 己於23号提前改birthday,因為24/3有D friend 沒有假放.所以當天request 不放假,而補money.我說No.4/4當天是labour holiday, because you have not completed 3 months working, you cannot leave on that day,但你可以當天放假補回3月的星期日.4/4當天她放了假.30/4晚我又說1/5是labour holiday because you have not completed 3 months working, you cannot leave on that day. 1/5 morning她又問我今天是否可放假.我當時上 labour Dept. internet給她看,重即print印尼文labour holiday的定義. 她即說3月份我尚欠她一天假.我said4/4當天不是你放了假補番.她說記億中好象沒有,我說你可以問你friend是4/4 Friday和她一起.她說她有很多friend,不記起和那個firend.我說你遂個問,莫非有1仟過friend. 她說forget it 啦,當3月份那天陪你拜山啦.重當我揾了她笨.我說大厦部lift有video可以作證,如果證明你沒有放,10,000博500.你的octopus card可以check 4/4是否搭MTR,她又說沒有octopus card.后來即扮懵.我說昨晚我不是己告訴你after 3 month, you are entitled to leave on labour holidays.她說聽成是never.我說當時為何不claify,她推說又太夜了.她們的人種唯利是圖,假期和money大過天.會忘記了嗎?
