我個女習慣９點多訓覺，但最近到半夜４點多醒左後就訓唔番啦，訓得７個鐘頭，大人都唔夠啦，何況BB?　雖然日頭有再訓，但都係訓吓醒吓，１個鐘左右，有時半個鐘，都唔夠架！

My B's sleeping style also likes yours. He went to bed at 9 and woke up at 3 / 4 am. Then my helper feed him formula and he will sleep until 7 am. I asked my helper to change the last feeding time to 11:00 pm ..... it will definitely help. However, my helper is unwilling to do so and I have no choice .....

In the morning, he doesnt sleep at all ... just sleep for an hr or sometimes, 0.5 hr ..... really make me headache .. he has a big "eye bag" now .... sigh .....

My baby sleeps around 9:30pm & wakes up around 6:30am. But he doesn't like sleeping during the day, it's so hard to put him to sleep, & he take short naps 15 or 20 mins.
Maybe he doesn't sleep much during the day, he sleeps quite well at night. I shouldn't complain too much

yawning, 你個b算好la，半夜餵1次就可以瞓到第2朝

我個仔瞓得最冧就係晚上~9 to ~3，埋身餵完後瞓返，跟住差不多每小時都會醒一次，直至6點多就醒晒，所以我晚晚都要起身3-4次，攞命

我都想調較佢至夜少少睡，但係佢一眼瞓就會好扭計，又會吶，唔比佢瞓真係唔得，唯有自己都早d瞓law

日頭都係瞓唔到，抱位就可以瞓耐d，如果擺返落牀仔，唔夠半個鍾就醒

見倒阿女訓得咁小,真係頂唔順,終於昨晚比左余仁生既珍珠末她食,即刻由夜晚既7~8小時訓倒9個半小時,啱啱又比左她食,唔知今晚會訓成點呢?哎!好煩呀!

Yes really trouble BB! This morning, my son woke up at 6 and keep yelling .... all family members are woke up by him ... quite angry ga ... but when he smiled at you .... all unhappy things are gone! cheer up!!!

I should thank God for my helper.
She's a very responsible helper. When bb was only one month old, my helper asked me to go to sleep in the middle of the night and she took care of my bb.
BB is now almost 5 months old, my helper wakes up at about 11:00pm every night to feed bb's late time milk, and wakes up in the middle of the night to change her diaper. I didn't even request her to do it for me. She does this all from her heart.

我都算好彩, BB由3個月左右, 就戒咗夜奶, 而家通常交晚10點多至11點左右, 餵佢奶奶, 有時扭下計, 我就放佢係床仔, 扭著音樂轉轉, 佢望下望下, 就開始累, 慢慢瞓著, 有時唔肯瞓, 姐姐會抱佢瞓, 通常佢瞓到大約4點多, 5點會"依依哦哦", 姐姐會打下佢心口, 佢會再瞓到7點左右, 開始慢慢醒!

** 我奶奶教想BB快D瞓, 可以一邊揍佢瞓, 一邊磋佢個頭, 同佢按摩咁, 真係快D入睡架! 另外, BB打側瞓, 會好瞓D架, 有時下畫俾佢打側瞓, 可以一覺瞓3個鐘架! 重有, BB仔好怕熱架, 所以, 我通常蓋被唔會蓋住佢對腳, 只蓋住肚仔, BB會好瞓D架! **

希望所有BB慢慢大個仔, 大個女, 會容易揍D啦!!!
