岩岩請左新工人, 新工人VISA出左, 就會夾夾時間, 抄舊呢個. 事關第一次抄工人. 唔知有冇咩要留意? 例如:

1)駛唔駛整張野比佢簽, 要佢同意大家而家終止合約?
2)駛唔駛帶佢反agent到?
3)佢黎做嘅時侯, 佢個行埋壞左, 佢已掉, 如果我抄佢, 佢咩無行埋箱? 我可唔可以放佢出街買?
4) 如果佢唔肯走, 咁點?
5) 抄佢, 係咪咩理由都可以?　（我會補錢佢走的)

謝謝! 因為實在沒有經驗, 請多多提點!

my experience is:
1)駛唔駛整張野比佢簽, 要佢同意大家而家終止合約?
=> ask agent to prepear it (contact agent first, and tell them when you will 'take' her there)
no need to 同意大家而家終止合約, just write she is being fried!
2)駛唔駛帶佢反agent到? => yes
3)佢黎做嘅時侯, 佢個行埋壞左, 佢已掉, 如果我抄佢, 佢咩無行埋箱? 我可唔可以放佢出街買?=> never do that. I am sure she will not back! Prepare a 'red white blue' for her.
4) 如果佢唔肯走, 咁點? => ask some families/friends foce her back to agency
5) 抄佢, 係咪咩理由都可以?　（我會補錢佢走的) => no. you should write not satisfy her perference.......if you write it is due to your family problem, you may be in trouble later on!
Don't let her know you will fry her until the last mins.
Remember to ask her to write down in front of the agent: I am satisfy all the xxxx ($, rest days, holidays, airticket, allowance, working arrangment ....) during the peroid working for you. I am no complain about them.

想問問第5項...如果我係話我私人理由抄佢, 會有咩問題? 原本諗住大家好黎好去啦, 同佢講我唔用佢因為自己湊反bb, 係咪咁會有問題? (當然真正原因係唔鐘意佢啦...)

如果佢私自落街, 咁我駛唔駛補錢比佢? 炒之前又要唔要出warning先呢? 請指教!

1. She can use 'no reasons to fry her' (please read it in chinese as I don't know how to type chinese, and not sure the english term in law). So she can ask you to pay extra $ in the coming years.
2. She can request immigration to refuse your application for other helpers.

咁佢私自落街, 有冇掉低小朋友一個係屋企?　如果有，據我所知係可以唔駛補錢佢走. 因我有個朋友都係咁, 罪名係"疏忽照顧. 不過如果屋企唔係剩一個小朋友而落街, 就好似唔得喎...

係呀, 唉, 其實佢又無試過大錯, 當然小錯就成日都有. 不過我抄佢最大原因係唔聽話, 加成日黑面, 真係頂唔順. 同埋覺得佢性格唔好, 會影響小朋友成長. 咁佢又無大錯情況下抄佢, 所以想好黎好去....

但係我抄佢時, 我新工人應該已批左入境, 我先抄佢.
