Frankston if I am not wrong is VERY far from Melbourne CBD but still can go to City by Train (in zone 3).

Not much Chinese live there. Big houses with big land too. Close to beach side and lots of people have boat in their backyard ^_^

As long as you live in the South-eastern side, the people will be nicer. Try to avoid live in North-western side of Melbourne.

I used to live in north side and many of my fd live north side too. We all have no problem with that. We are going to live in the north when we move back in Oct. There are more chinese in southeast compare to the north. Vietnamese usually live in the west.

I think there are many very nice and newly developed residencial area in the Northen side right? Is Caroline Spring in the north?

I used to live in Sunshine. Don't feel good about it. Maybe too many Vietnamese.
