I don't know how to call that "thing". I try to describe that to you hope that you know what I am trying to say:
That thing looks like a shallow dish with lots of small pitching dot dot sticking out in the center....imagine a manual orange juicer without the top; replace by a flat surface with lots of pitching dot dot....some people call it a grinder.
You just simply grind piece of fruit in the center, juices will run down to the side, fiber on top. Hope can be easily understood
