Hi JM, I'm also in Canada. My oldest child is 19 months older than my middle child, who is 18 months older than my third child. They are now 4, 2.5 and 1. I quitted my job to become a stay at home mom because daycare costs would be too expensive. But more importantly, I want to stay home to spend time with them while they're still little. I plan to go back to work when my youngest starts JK.
If you want to continue working after having your third baby, you can look into hiring a live-in nanny after your maternity leave.
