Hello, please advise if any of you know how to handle this. I don't know how to type Chinese, but can read it, so answers in English & Chinese are most welcome!
Helper requested to work 2 Sundays per month. We pay her in cash with receipt, but planning to open up Hang Seng account to transfer money to her.
How do I pay her?
1. Hang Seng transfer - $3,480 monthly
2. Sundays worked - cash only.
Is this correct? If so, how about a receipt? Do I need to give a receipt for the cash for working on a Sunday.

你最好依回勞工法例,即一定要她放假.因現在的工人真的很麻煩.你不知她會不會事後到勞工處告你沒有放假給她.同時記得就算你之後做銀行轉賬給她,也一定要她每月簽回薪金收據.薪金收據內必須寫埋放假日期,即所有sunday & labour holiday,不要只寫已放幾多日.以上是真心說話,千萬不要因她們說冇錢而不放假補錢給她們.
