i don't think there is any way to improve it. your maide seems not satisfied with things or people around her. you better 'please' her to go back to Philippines or you have to suffer.

i got the same problem, after 9 months, i can't stand anymore. fired her finally!

對付d black face既人, 最好就係當睇佢唔到, 仲要笑住叫佢做, 做唔好就要佢再做, 唔瞓都要做番好d野.

再同佢講, 做得唔好就要再做, 妳鍾意笑住做定黑住塊面做太太係唔會care. 太太只會睇妳既performance!!

I think a lot of Filipinos are like that: they don't look at people when they talk (they don't think it is impolite). I think how we can make ourselves better is: we don't need to look into their eyes or face when we tell them what to do...

I don't know why they need to black face, once time, she put on the clothes for my BB but I think the weather is cold and I ask her to give one more clothes to BB, then she turn around to get it, my sister is sitting on the sofa and see her turning around with black face. It's just a little thing, I don't know why they are so unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:;pppp:

thanks for the sharing, i got the same problem too.

I couldnt stand for her attitude...when asking us for a flavour, the attitude is super good , if not, ><.

I will try not to look onto their eyes see if it works.

我都為左唔想阿女學左佢d鬼祟野同衰態度, 終於決定換人. 佢將做到六月中.
話說我自己諗住教阿女 (而家2 years old) 做人要有禮貌, 於是教阿女請工人做野例如飲水穿鞋等都要對工人講"唔該", 但工人自己就愈來愈衰, 以為我買佢怕, 對我黑臉, 我"提"佢做好d野佢就啤住我. 好! 我原本都諗住同佢搵新僱主, 而家? 好難! 哼!!

True ar ! Also they're very stabborn, have their own ways to work...cannot believe they can black face to employer all the time. I'd never have the guts to black face my boss la !! 不分莊閒 ! 我之前個賓後來大支野到有人禁鐘等我去開門呀!! 都唔明, 距地唔係比咗好多錢比距個agent in philippine咩??
Seems they don't worry that we would fire them anytime ga bor...
