We don't know whether this is the real reason. Even so, my agent told me the oversea maids will quit for more feeling sided reason (not home sick) these days; they seem not to care about the money they have borrowed.
You can ask your agent to talk to your maid first. On the other hand, I think you should prepare that your maid may resign again since she doesn't want to stay already.
