You can buy toothbrush at Toy'rus, Jusco or BB shops. They have a different level for choose.
Can your BB pour out the water by herself/himslef?
If not, you can teach her/him clean up the teeth by toothbrush without toothpaste.
It only give her/him a concept.
If yes, you can give her/him an half cup of already boiled water and little bit toothpaste, then you and her/him brush the teeth together. You also can help her/him how to brush.
