初初是 Excel and Word 唔work, 於是朋友幫我整, 由Window 98 upload to XP, Excel and word OK lar, 但上網唔太work,又 slow, 經常hang 機. 自己整了多次,試過除毒, 試過重組, 又加大個ram to 256.都唔得, 足足弄了3 weeks, 所以想比人整.

I think it is not a hardware problem. I suggest you to backup your data, do the fdisk in DOS and then format the harddisk again and install back all your softwares.

how fast of your computer? 256 m ram for xp is basic. if your computer below P3 866, I suggested you format harddisk then rebuilt window to window 2000 or me or below,
If your cpu is P4, i think you also format harddisk & rebuilt window, may be the driver of the lan card incorrect. Or any wrong setting, to save time, re-built window is the fastest way .
