c6話佢delete左個window Media後就變成咁，我懷疑佢delete 左個音訊裝置，有無得解救？

Two other possible reasons:
1: The sound card is lossen. Open the case unplug and plug the sound card again.
2: the sound card is dead. go to golden and buy a usb sound card. It will cost you around HK$30.

Before driver installation, go to <Start>, <Setting>, <Control Panel>, <System>, click <Hardware> tab, <Device Manager>, <Sound, Midi and joystick control>. Check if there is a "X" or "!" appears. If negative, it's not the problem with drivers. If positive, perform below steps.

I assumed your sound card is an onboard one, i.e. built in with the motherboard. If that's the case, checked out your CDs -- the motherboard should came with a CD which contained all drivers, say, sound card, "USB 2.0", graphic card drivers, etc.

Once you located the CD, inserted it (and hope that it will autorun), and looked for options like "device installation", next, located the sound card and installed it.
