I plan to terminate my Indo maid on 22JAN. As the one-way ticket to Surabaya is expensive during CNY, ie. 23-28JAN, can I purchase a ticket on 29JAN or after for her? Can she refuse to take it?

We should buy open ticket dated 5/2 because she has the right to stay 14 days after termination of emplpyment. It is free of charge to change the date if the airlines not fully booked. CNY is expensive and difficult to book.

I want to know if I purchase a ticket (date can be changeable) departing on 5 Feb (seat confirmed) and she wants to change an earlier date (e.g 24 Jan) but seat is unavailable /fully booked. Is it okay? 因為班機滿己改唔到，咁關唔關我事傢？
