You may think why the contract was terminated. If the contract was terminated by the employer, there may be some problem with the maid (eg. lazy, misconduct, black face, telling lies, failure to obey instructions, etc) even if the employer is picky. If the contract is terminated by the maid, the relationship of the maid and the employer mostly was bad even though the maid told you that the reason of termination is "employer immigration, marriage, sickness, death" etc.
You can also refer to BK mami's discussion here. Why they terminate the contract with the maid even we need to pay extra money to the maid ........ the maid was lazy, telling lies, miscondcut, etc., not just stupid. I don't think our BK mamis dismissed the maid only because of the stupid.
So don't employ any breached contract maid for whatever reason. Only the employer would suffer and take high high risk.
