2.B話佢9月中返印尼2 weeks apply for visa, then 9月底返工, is it possible?
3.B話A會做到9月底, 等佢返o左工A先返印尼, 但A2年前8月底到HK report duty, can she stay till end of Sept.先走? 要唔要再辦其他手績 extension呢?
When I hired a Indo maid who is finished the contract in HongKong on March 2004. I checked many agency already, they said that the new contract must through the agency to handle. You better check the agency again.

我今早問印印，現在是否僱主要請在hk完約印印，可以不經agent。
她說最近她有個在hk完約的印印朋友，換了僱主，由個僱主自己去搞掂簽了新約，無經agent。
(以前不可能搞到;但最近印尼領事館肯做，所以可以不經agent。)
Answer to Q2 :
Not sure, suggest you check with HK Imm Dept. (But hotline will always give you the standard answers, = need a long long time, whereas in actual fact it can be much faster.)
Answer to Q3 :
Check 印印的護照內，HK Imm Dept 蓋的 DH working visa幾時到期。最多可做visa extension for 3 months without signing new DH contract.
