Will U let your maid to take your baby down to the garden for play? I have a boy, nearly 14 months old, & I understand that if we can let him to go down to the playground to play with other kids during the day, it'll be better for him. But I've seen some maids who's taking the baby to the garden but talk with other maids or on the phone. So now I'm taking him downstair after we finish dinner. Any comments from the others?
I am a full time mami. I bring my child to the playgroud once a day. I always see many maids talking to their friends when they bring the kids to the playgroud. Even when they saw the babies rolling on the groud, or climb to the slide improperly, they still keep talking. I suggest you better not let the maid go to the playgroud, unless you trust your maid.

I also only let my maid to go out during her holidays. Because I think if there's any accident, no matter whether you will fried her or not, the result will be the same, & no one want any accident to your baby. Therefore I also buying back all the foods by myself & not allow her to go outside during the weekday.
never, if times allow, I will also go down and pick up my son from the school bus. When I was a full time mummy before, i saw many maids who did not take care of the kids properly when they were waiting for the school bus, taking kids to playground etc.
If at all possible, do not let maid go out such as shopping, taking kids downstairs etc when you are not with them. They merely chat with others and did not perform their duties properly, endless talking with mobile phone and some might even steal your things and exchange with others............
