Eating for Baby Boy or Baby Girl

各位想有baby boy or baby girl 可以試試..... 我自己末嘗試,這個資料係我以前係SCMP找到, 我都會試,成功的話..... 一定話你知. :-P

EATING FOR GIRL
***NOT suitable for anyone prone to kidney stones.

Generally: Avoid salt and salted foods, drink plenty of mineral water and eat lots of dairy products. Reduce fat and fibre intake and steer clear of fizzy drinks which prevent absorption of calcium.

Specifically: lettuce, watercress, radishes, cucumber, broccoli, green pepper, asparagus, runner beans, peas, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, onions, turnips, apples, pears, kiwifruit and nuts.

EATING FOR BOY
*** NOT suitable for anyone with high blood pressure.

Generally: plenty of salt, expecially in foods such as ham, bacon and smoked salmon, salty Vichy St Yorre mineral water, little dairy produce, and avoid shellfish and nuts.

Specifically: mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, celery, baked beans, broad beans, leeks, beetroot, lentils, dried beans, aubergine, avocados, figs, dates, prunes, raisins, apricots, bananas, melons and oranges.
