my doctor prescribed my son Eumovate Cream (with steroid)... sigh... his skin is very bad... not sure if it is because of A+. I am switching him to 雪印, hope it gets better soon la...
my doctor said not to give steroid if not very bad. my baby have bad skin, then use oilatum bathing oil, oilatum lotion then baby oil. now much better. remember to put the cream 3-4 times a day.
Are you sure your babies have 濕疹? From my experience, my son had rashes on his head & face when he was 1/2 month old, they lasted for almost 2 months. When I first consulted with doctor, he gave my son ointment to cure the rashes. I didn't want my son to use the ointment in long run, when the rashes seemed to get better, I stopped using it; but the rashes came back again the next few days. Then I consulted with doctor again, he said he may be allergic to lactose (he was taking S26 at that time), he suggested me to give him soy milk (Isomil) for a week trial. The rashes problem improved, then we mix Isomil with S26 according to the doctor's advice till now; my son doesn't have rashes anymore.
You may also ask your doctor if your babies are allergic to lactose too. Just FYI.
