The menu looks good if you are not serve in a large quantity.
I'm now trying another receipt and today is the third day. I am quite happy since I've already lost 4 pound. This receipt is found in bk and you have to follow it for 12 days and stop for 2 days and back again. YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY STARCH OR SUGAR, i.e. rice, potato, bread and also no dessert. Also you have to follow it and cannot added or cancel any items.
Breakfast:
Half grapefruit or just have grapefruit juice
2 eggs (any cooking method)
2 slice of bacon
1 cup of tea/coffee
Lunch:
Half grapefruit or just have grapefruit juice
Salad (any dressing)
Meat (any type and any cooking method)
1 cup of tea/coffee
Dinner:
Half grapefruit or just have grapefruit juice
Salad (any dressing) or vegetable (green/red, any seasoning and oil can be add)
Meat/Fish (any type and any cooking method)
1 cup of tea/coffee
Meal before bed:
1 cup of tomato juice or milk
Note:
All drinks should be diet and decaffeinated.
No onion (white), potato, celery, white vegetable, starch (e.g. bread) and sugar.
Can have pepper, carrot, onion (red/green) , tomato, califlower, cucumber, baby carrot, cabbage, lettuce and spinach.
No limit quantity, you can have any till full, but don't add or miss any items.
Try to have less coffee, only one cup for each meal. Must be better if replaced by water. (I like coffee but doesn't have it these 3 days since sugar cannot be added.)
Nothing can have between each meals. Must be keep in mid that NO SUGAR & STARCH. Butter or fried food can have but must be NO DESSERT/BREAD/WHITE VEGETABLE/SWEET POTATO.
NO CHANGES IN DAY 1, LESS MUCH MORE BEFORE DAY 5 AND CAN LOSS 10 POUND IN 10 DAYS.
