I bought from 'Prudential', the premium was $8xx/2 years, each out-patient is $200. But I also claimed back $7xx from them as my maid was broken my desk's glass in last year.

Wah! such a big increment! No wonder why there's a BK mama said she wants to chg plan after buying 道亨 for 2 years lah.
yes. I used my first helper 4 years of 2 contracts. The first contract, I was a new customer, i.e. 760 for 2 years, second contract renewed with same maid, Dah Heng charged me 11xx and gave me an early bird discount 9xx. Then, I accepted because I don't want to bother. Now, this helper left my family and a new helper will come next week. I called Dah Heng and I assume I can use 760 for 2 years. However, Dah Heng said "can not", it is not an additional helper, it is a replacement and count it as renewal of insurance policy even though change maid. I should use 1100 for 2 years. I feel unfair and I want to find another insurance company...
