I have only stayed at the one on Campbell Street and the one at Broadbeach.

Both of these have enough for your general cooking.

Will be difficult to "steam" your food.

PS. Bring some Chinese spoons and chopsticks.

May I know how to use the dish washingmachine? Shall we buy the cleaning tablet by ourselves or if there will be some at the apartment? Thanks.

If you know how to use a washing machine (for clothes), then you will know how to operate a dish washing machine.

The apartment will provide some tablets for you. If needed, you can always ask for more.
