I have been going back to work for 1 month now and I would like to share my experience to all of you bf moms.
As I have not hard-working enough to store the milk for him during daytime, all the milk I feed him has to be pump out the day before, ie. the milk pump out today is the food for him tomorrow. I can only pump the milk 2 times in office, one during lunch hour and one before I go back to home. The milk from this two pumping is enough for his meal the other day (4 meals). But of course, sometimes, my milk is not sufficient for drinkage (4 meals during daytime), so he has to take some milk powder -- until now, he has been fed on milk powder for 1 meal every week -- I am not sure if it's ok but when I back home I don't have time to pump any milk. Fortunately, he is now growing bigger and bigger
When I go back home, I feed him directly and he has to be fed on night, too. I don't want to train him not to be fed on night, I want him to stop by himself. But sometimes when he wake up during night and cry for milk, he didn't really take any milk, after drinking for only 1-2 mins, he will cry and when we hold him, he sleep again. So I think he will stop having milk at night in a very near future
I was off today because I feel sick and a bad headache. Although I have taken some medicine from the doctor, I still feed him directly. I have consult my doctor, and she said there is no problem
In conclusion, although the 'pumping' life is not easy, I hope my baby and all of you mf moms and your baby can have a happy and beautiful life.
My target at this moment is to feed him until 6 months (3 more months to go!). But I am not sure if I will change my mind to feed longer Hope you can support me ...................
Last be not the least, my accept my sincere thanks to mom Glad & Mother Tam. They help me a lot! Also my friend, Eunice has a great support and help to me too!

Your twins are very cute! I can see your twins are very healthy and sweet! I think you must have spend much time and love to your babies. To take care twins must use at least double effort than we take care only one child ????
Thanks again!
I am working with my bb's web, will post here later.......
