although i employ phippino maid so far, I see most of my friends switch to use indonesian maid. So far their maids are better than mine in terms of everything, so i am considering to change for indonesian maid next time
I've hired an indonesian maid since my baby girl was borned. My criteria is she has to work in Singapore. Finally, I hired one who worked for the same employer for 7 years in Singapore and English is her major Language. The time she started to work for me, she can speak fair English, can sing most of the kids' songs in English, can operated all the eletrical appliances. There is no communication problem at all. She also can cook Chinese dishes as her mom in Singapore is a Taiwaness. She is also v. courtesy and knows all the rules as a maid. But I've to admit her hygiene standard is acceptable but just fair. I've to keep an close eye in this aspect. I've renewed her contract in this February. My friends follow my suit and by now, we all satisfy with our maids.
