5 in 1 vaccination include DTP + Polio + H. influenzae
H influenzae can cause meningitis, encephalitis, pnuenomia, commonly in children under 5
"5 in 1" cannot prevent Japanese encephalitis
there is another vaccinatiion for Janpanese encephalitis, you need to make booking in the clinic
But i think the better way is to control mosquito
