you just need to tell her your VCA number, maid's name, your name, your contact number and the reason u wanna speed up, also fax with document to support your reason is better, but dont fax too many times as they need to find your folder to put the fax document in it, and if u keep fax many time and they keep find your folder, then will slow down your case. As they need to pass your folder to the official to assign VISA
