I don't prefer no.2 cause she will miss her kids all the time. Besides, cause the way they take care baby are not the same as us, so I would prefer no. 1 as she is green and I can teach her the way we prefer. For no. 2, cause she has experience and I am afraid she won't follow your way. This is my experience.
I remembered the first maid we interviewed was a 38 years old woman which was introduced by my sister's maid. As she knew that we are younger than her, she told my husband that she will not call us Sir or Madam and she prefer to call our names directly. And when we told her what and how we want her to do the house work, she told us that she has lots of experience and will know how to do, it mean that her won't fellow our way. Of course, finally we didn't hire her.
The first maid we hired was 26 years old but she has 3 years experience for take caring baby for her ex-employer. Cause the way she take care baby was learned from her ex-employer, sometimes may be not the same as my. I have to corrected her one by one. But sometimes she was not happy if I told her to follow my way. I didn't renew the contract after 2 years.
Then I hired a new maid which is 25 years old No experience in take care baby. Almost totally green. She is Christian and still single. She following everthing we told her.
Unless you don't have time to teach her, I would prefer the hire one who has no experience.
