i dont have experience with indonesian maid as this is my first time to take them. For bun bun, i do ask them to sign a note of all leave taken or you may say they have to sign every time they took leave including day off to avoid trouble. You know how troublesome bun bun is!!
For indonesian maid, my agent (this is another agent from my previous bun bun) told me that i only need to give her two days a month for leave and no other statutory leave. However, i am prepared to give her the same leave as bun bun is entitled. Also, the agent also advised that indonesian maid is better and less cunning. however i want to play safe.
