Cheaper way is separately book air tickets & hotels or packages? Hotel.com, agoda or trivago?? or package in Ziju, Lotus tours or other travel agents etc...

I haven't done this before, please kindly share....many many thanks.

邊種方法平真係要自己格價先知，畢竟人人要求唔同，想住既飯店級數唔同，唔同酒店網亦有自己promotion，我通常酒店、機票分開訂，訂飯店會上四方通行或直接飯店官網book（睇情況而定）

唔洗客氣，我都係近呢4、5年先學玩自由行，初時真係唔識搞，去旅行社買package，機票+酒店，係會貴d但一次搞掂，買左方便囉～後來俾旅行社agent老點多幾次，專推d唔近唔遠既酒店俾我（eg:位於兩個捷運站中間果d），加上Google map既出現，自己plan行程更容易上手

我n年玩自由行to Singapore (arrange tickets+hotel via travel agent, but till now, not try again....my kids (actually teenagers now) urges for Taiwan 自由行 in mid Aug but they do nothing except me to arrange everything

8月中去，而家真係要訂機票飯店了，呢版度抄下行程，睇下邊d岩玩再決定高雄住幾日，墾丁住幾日

I know the urgency & hence even not working out the detail tour yet, would like to proceed to book the air-tickets with 2 days stay in 墾丁 & then 2 days in 高雄 asap

Same as you. I am planning to go to Kaohsiung and Kenting for 6 days at the end of August. This is the first time I book the tickets and hotels not through the travel agency. I just booked the air tickets through Dragonair website ($62xx for 3 adults and 1 child), 2 nights staying at Smokey Joe's Hotel ($33xx, through Hotel.com). However, not yet book the hotel in Kaohsiung (still searching the details). I suggest you book air tickets first since there is very full. Hope the above can help you.

Thanks for your sharing. It surely help me.

Yesterday, I surfed around websites of travel agents incl Wing On, Morning Star, Zuji, Dragonaire, hutchgo.com etc. Tickets for 4 adults cost me approx. $9K. Will proceed to book hotels via Hotel.com or Booking.com. Struggling which hotels are better in term of cost & location.

港龍不嬲都貴，我有次9月淡季飛高雄都要1800一個

如果唔係要就下午機，我一定會揀番華航，其實華航以前record唔好，近呢幾年真係好左超多，起碼坐過咁多間飛台灣航空公司我最滿意佢地

我上年自己上航空公司網格價，酒店agoad訂。
今年臨時突然再去，好多酒店已full，唯有旅行社套票
