Oh....我意思係話係呢版有個chatroom (可以用番呢度) 分享下日常生活點滴, 如果有家長想chat, 就入黎傾下啦~~~ 我希望透過chatting 認識下各位 (特別係媽媽們) 怎樣係忙碌生活中享受每一天..I would like to know more about any playgroups your kids are going, any activities are very popular in HK nowadays. How do you (as Christians / Catholics) share the gospel at busy days...etc... There are lots we can share and encourage each other...

各位有冇係Easter 解釋下Easter 既意義比你地d kids 聽呢? 我比我仔仔睇 Jesus video (kid version). 之後佢每日都問我幾十次 "why people put Jesus on the cross mum?" ...答左同又問過....佢仲話"mum, they are naughty...they put Jesus on the cross, he can't get down." , "I want to go to the sky to find Jesus", etc...

佢都開始對Easter 有d 頭緒了...

This Easter, my son always said Jesus died on Friday and resurrected on Sunday. But it seems difficult for him to catch the reason why Jesus died on the cross.

I think your idea about a "chatting" thread is quite good. Do you have any topic in mind that we can chat?

係呀, 佢地仲係細唔係咁明白Easter既意義, 我個仔都比Easter "困繞" 左幾日呀, 佢睇完套Jesus video 就成日問有關Cross 既野, 又係度劃cross, 砌積木又砌個 cross, 見到有d野似個cross 又話Jesus died on "this cross"..又自作d cross 歌黎唱...哈哈...不過佢開始慢慢明白多少少...

Hm.....咩都可以chat 架, 不如講下在忙碌既生活中點樣有讀經既時間好嗎? 我對此都有struggles...

好呀，係度開個「基督家庭」chatroom，可以分享一下大家的經歷。

今個復活節放假都有幾多日，但就多數帶蕉仔去街，無乜特別同佢講過復活節的意義。不過，今個sun帶佢返church，咁岩佢daddy講道，佢又出奇咁乖，無嘈過，只係在禮堂後面行黎行去，同其他姐姐玩，我就可以安安靜靜咁聽佢daddy講道。

平日蕉仔好鐘意聽歌，特別係「雲上太陽」，可能因為係我開刀時，心裏面一路唱呢首歌。而當我唱呢首歌，佢都會易訓著ｄ。

"雲上太陽" 是一首什麼的歌呢? 我未聽過...蕉仔喜歡返church 同小朋友玩嘛?

你又通常係邊個時間有quiet time (靈修) 呢? 我以前最喜歡是早上, 但現在早上是最忙的時間, 變到下午 (when the kids are in naps)...但有時Zac 冇返kindy 又冇nap 時, 就唔可以有quiet time , 好喇..變左晚上...唉....好倦, 睇唔入腦, 而家要從新rearrange time...要係quality time not just free time...

我而家都無乜時間靈修，就可以話係自己懶，不過我近日下決心要每日抽時間睇聖經，希望可以堅持。

蕉仔返到教會都未識得同人玩，不過我小組有個大佢歲幾的小哥哥，如果小哥哥的朋友仔（又係大蕉仔歲幾）不在，佢就好鐘意同蕉仔玩，拖下手咁囉，但講到玩，都係各顧各架喇

我都知好多忙碌的媽媽都會有這個問題, 所以都有媽媽們選擇看 books like Daily Bread, 荒漠甘泉等等...不錯啊! 最近我係 Koorong 看到一本叫 "Minute Meditations for Busy Moms by Emile Barnes" (It presents practical, spirtual advice on godly motherhood in over 100 short, poer-packed meditations. ) Also, 有一本叫 "10-Minute time outs for mums by Grace Fox" (These homespun stories and Scripture-based prayers provide the inspiration and practical guidance busy mums need to maintain a vital connection with God...)...好似都不錯...

我想叫我husband 買比我做Mothers' Day 既禮物呀...嘻嘻...

我通常是在我個仔返學時靈修
不過有時他在家時,
我就邊陪他, 邊聽下詩歌,
or 在網上聽下講道,

雖然不能好專心,
but it's better than none.
有時到會有得著.

"網上聽下講道" 都不錯bor....我通常同佢地玩時都係要聽佢地d 歌 e.g. Wee Sing..我打算買多d 兒童詩歌, 咁就可以大家一齋聽, 又可以教下佢地有關神既東西...

荒漠甘泉係有少少似靈修分享日記之類 ....你可以去某些Christian book shop 睇下...不錯的啊!

以上兩本書係 Koorong 找到...佢個web site 係 www.koorong.com(click it). 你可以問下佢地有冇Chinese versions...

「荒漠甘泉」我見到商務有得賣。

另：「...要係quality time not just free time...」 --->我公司的toilet好正好靜, 同酒店一樣, 都可以坐到20分鐘架！足夠祈禱、讀經同默想。

不過, 我想請教大家, 你們一般(如有計劃地)會預多少時間靈修呢？

Do any of you ladies do structured bible study? I go to a class called BSF, bible study fellowship. They offer classes in Hong Kong also. This is my third year with BSF, we are studying Isreal and the minor prophets this year. This study provided daily questions for the passages you will be studying each day! So it is like doing devotion each day. If any of you are interested?! Here is the link.

Yes, I have heard BSF too. Some of my friends attend these classes and they found them very good.

Which Tracy are you mentioning about? I know a few Tracys. Do you mean Tara's mum?

Do you really sit on the toilet for 20 minutes reading the bible? Amazing!!

Normally, my quiet time is about 10-15minutes and following the structure given by the church (printed on the calender).
