I would like to ask how you give Poly Vi-sol to babies... Do you drop it into the milk or drop it directly to babies' mouth? which way is better? and how often do you give? once every day?? I heard that it will boost babie's appetite. is that true?
My doctor gave my son Poly Vi-sol before he was
one-month-old and she asked me to continue giving
him Poly Vi-sol after going home. According to
doctor's instruction, I give him once a day (1 ml) in
the morning. I will not drop it into the milk as I'm not
sure whether he will drink all the milk finally.
Instead, I will drop it into the 奶樽的奶咀 and let my
son suck them all. I saw the nurse in the hospital
also use this method!
I guess Poly Vi-sol is only vitamins which help babies
to grow stronger but not to boost their appetite.
so your son has been taking poly-visol since he was one month old? how many months is he now?
I don't understand how you put into the teat and let him suck. so you don't put any milk in the bottle but just the poly-visol? and you close the teat of the bottle like that?
My son was born on 2/May/04 so he will be two-month-old
next week. My doctor gave him Poly Vi-sol when he
was as young as 1-week-old and he is now still
taking it everyday.
When using the Poly Vi-sol, I will take down the teat
from the bottle, drop the vitamins into it and let my
son suck them all (I have to hold the teat when he is
sucking). After taking all Poly Vi-sol, I will put the
teat back to the bottle and let him drink the milk.
