According to HK Immigration rules, all domestic helper can max stay in HK 14days after contract terminated. If they do no have any special reason, (eg. court case or finish contrace)they cannot extent the visa. For those who is not finish contract (firish 2yrs or 4yrs ect...), they cannot find a new employer before they go back to Philippine, they must go back to their country and apply once again which takes a least 2-3 months. For air ticket which need a date change penalty is valid till 31jul04only, if you sure she will not have any very special reason can extent the visa you can issue a special fare ticket which can allow date change without any penalty but you might have to pay a little more. I suggest do not 100% turst agent as they need business, pls call HK immigration dept domestic helper session(check 1083) and double check with them for my understanding they're quite willing to help.
