i have joined HK breastfeeding association as member and volunteer for their last talk (5 June), left them $ 100 for annual fee and form. however, as
of today, i did not receive their return letter for membership info, newsletter and receipt. I left message on their phone service but nobody answer.
i am a bit disappointed because they count the due date for annual membership is 12/31, means that i am only 1/2 year member but up to now do not have info from them.
is there any member of it ? Postmom, can you help me, as i actually pm to you for help.

Don't be disappointed. Since all their workers are volunteer, most of them have full-time jobs. The volunteer are on roster to response to the mailbox but sometimes they're unable to answer the enquiries very quickly.
Be patient, or you can leave a message again to their hotline.
From my experience, it took quite long time to have their reply on the membership. But nevermind, if you've missed any of their monthly newsletter, just call them and let them know. They're helpful in all but lack of manpower to do the work efficiently.
