I had the experience before. I didn't pay the levy until I receive a chaser/reminder from the Govt. I rang them for asking the reason as I didn't receive any invoice from them.
They told me I should have the schedule before and they would not issue any invoice. In short, you have to initiate the payment.
I will pay by cheque and they will issue a receipt after confirming the levy payment.
As the deadline of your levy payment should be 8 July (i.e., last week) and you haven't received any chaser from the Govt, you would be better initate the payment immediately.
