I noticed the bonus points are not updated since last Saturday but I travelled MTR everyday. I have complainted to the hotline because I have enough points for getting the gift already. But they have no ideas when the points are updated and just asked me to wait for a few more days.
What is the purpose of putting so much promotion of this and the system does not work?
I advise you to monitor your bonus points. They can give the bonus points when the promotion period is over.....

i checked my points twice last week.
but no change........
i also checked my hubby's account.....same problem.....
no redemption when the period is all over and the points are expired......TOO BAD......BAD SERVICE.......
