I just spoke to the nurse regarding the upcoming MMR shot at the 健康院, few reminders to all of us:
1. if we plan for party, DO plan it 1 week before or after the shot. DO NOT take the baby outdoor often as their immunity will be very low after shot
2. if you feed the baby on formula 奶粉,do add more water than the usual proportion. formula has a lot of protein and it will lead to fever very easily.
3. try to feed the baby with congee after shot and the baby need alot of water and will be in low appetite after shot.
4. if you plan for 6in1 shot after, schedule it 1-2 week after the baby recover from the MMR.
so while we all plan for the birthday party, please do keep that in mind.

又真係搵唔番喎, 我明明係0705度抄出來. 我記得有人講過煲竹蔗茅根紅籮白(我煲左), 但後來又有人話小朋友唔好飲茅根. 我又有煲莞茜水俾佢飲同抹面, 其實都係d 下火湯. hope it helps.
