I'm not aware of any discount online bookstore catering to the Canadian market.... however, costco has children books that are cheaper..... and amazon.ca offers discount on a lot of the more popular books.....
there are also some bookstores that sell publisher surplus at a greatly discounted price... but they tend to be individually owned and do not have a website......
