Trying to defragment an IDE drive connected via USB port. The screen says "defragmenting" but seems no progress at all (the graph simply stationary for two hours, no warning messages).
Is this normal, or "defragmentation doesn't work for USB drive ? Is there special application for defragmenting USB drive ?
