My Yan Yan (arrived in HK only 7 months) took my electicity bill which has my address and used my home phone no. to apply for idd.
I discovered this when a woman phoned her last week angrily. It "seems" she borrowed money from her. Then I asked what happened. She said she applied idd only but not to borrow money. Of course I don't believe her! (if you apply IDD, the staff will not call you like this)
She said many Yan Yan used employer's address to applied for idd. So she thought it is OK to do so. I warned her seriously not to do so again!
I paid her salary $3480 last night and today, she received a call. I guess it is the call to remind her to pay for the loan. She told me the caller is the idd staff to ask her to apply for other service. (I don't believe)
