This government is really hopeless. This policy only benefits those agencies and airlines. Matthew Chang uses OUR MONEY to subsidise agencies and airlines. The Employee Re-training Board is also useless. They subsidies large companies to organise training classes for their employees which is completely unneccessary. If there is one LegCo member who can fight for a refund, I will give him/her a vote.
LegCo members - it's time for you to do something for your voters!!
I believed many mummies and daddies here will do the same.
