Green vans to and from Kwun Tong and Sceneway Garden

There are 2 green vans, 23B & 23M, running from Kwun Tong behind 101 bus terminus to Sceneway Garden. It stops at Sin Fat Rd., outside Lam Tin MTR exit D, near to block 17. Fee is $2.2 per seat.
