4 Copies of Original Contract with same numbers/series
Photocopy of Worker’s Hong Kong I.D.
Photocopy of Passport (front page w/picture & signature of Worker)
Photocopy of latest visa (the one that will going to expire/finish)
Photocopy of Old Contract for Re-Contract
Photocopy of Employer’s Hong Kong I.D.
