係咪真係成個月先至洗頭=0=? --> could not tolerate.
同埋係咪真係成個星期先沖一次涼? --> as hospital has many bacteria, I took shower after I went back home from hospital ( my 1 st and 2 nd delivery also ddi the same).
My 1 st delivery, I only use hot water to take shower and didn't 用熱薑水沖涼.
My 2 nd delivery, I use both hot water and 熱薑水沖涼 and my body feel so good and warm. But 99 said after I used 熱薑水沖涼, I need to take some rest and feed the body milk.
My big daughter (Tavy) : 2003-09-24 (3.14 kg)
My second son (Nok Nok) : 2007-07-25 (3.56 kg)
My third son (Yu Yu) : 2008-08-21 (3.46 kg)
